CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES AND MODERN ELEMENTS OF MODELING EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE IN TERMS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
In the context of market relations, improvement of the enterprises performance, the problem of the modern organizational structures and reforming of the old ones, hindering businesses to adapt to new organizational forms and the changing market environment, becomes urgent. The aim of the article is to analyze and study specific technological developments of formation process of management activities to solve scientific and practical task, based on sequence of the search and selection of effective model of organizational and structural management. The conceptual approaches have been considered in the article and contemporary elements of effective management in a market economy have been analyzed. It has been found that organic models of managing structures, including basic distinguished types – matrix, innovative and adaptive models – may be appropriate for some companies. It has been proposed to use a generalized matrix model of management structure that combines the advantages of divisional and hierarchical structures. It has been proved that the weakest link in the technological building of organizational models is the lack of an adaptive mechanism to build effective links in internal and external environment of the enterprise, which necessarily involves the modernization and improvement of overall management capacity, and as a result, mixed organizational model of management structure has been developed and partially adapted. Taking into account situational methodology and some expert methods, it is appropriate to use generalizing model of effective management structure that allows the implementation of specific strategies for management styles, the complexity of information needs, the level of centralization and decentralization to achieve specific management elements of interdependencies within the company. An innovative model of organizational and structural mechanism of enterprise management, which includes coherent sequence diagram of reorganization and finding the optimal organizational structure of the enterprise management, has been developed. Using the proposed models will allow developing a flexible strategy of development and implementation of the necessary changes aimed at customer satisfaction and ultimately achieving effective management system within the enterprise. Development of the concept of quality use of modern organizational and structural management mechanism to form a set of methodological approaches, methods and proposals which implementation in practice will help to create an effective management system at the enterprise needs further research.
