SPECIFICITY OF INTERSECTORAL ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION: ANALYTICAL ASPECT
The basic principles of deepening inter-industry relations in the agricultural sector in the context of the establishment of new organizational structures have been considered in the article. The essence of relationships and inter-industry relations with entities that provide agriculture with material and technical resources and manufacturing industries that process agricultural raw materials have been grounded. The necessity of inter-branch reform of the financial and distribution relationships, combined with efficient use of available resource potential of the agricultural sector, including agricultural land have been considered. The scientific interpretation and content of economic categories “inter-sectoral collaboration” have been summarized, areas of cooperation of production and exchange of products as a result of the social division of labor have been singled out. It has been proved that the cause of the imbalance of inter-sectoral exchange is the specificity of agriculture and its economic situation is in direct proportion to the nature of inter-sectoral cooperation between the entities. The need to introduce regulation mechanism of inter-branch relations is relevant in this context. The strategic approaches to pricing policy for agricultural products, development of agricultural market and the objectives of state regulation of inter-industry relations have been emphasized in the article. A comparative analysis of the existing disparity in prices for agricultural and industrial products shows that prices for crop and livestock grow slower than for industrial products, which adversely affects the reproduction of consumed resources in agricultural production. Solving these problems of inter-branch relations in the agricultural sector on the formation parity prices is possible through the implementation of conceptual principles based on formation of equivalent prices for industrial and agricultural products. Purchase prices also need improvement at which the state buys agricultural products and some other products of agricultural producers for state needs. The main strategic goals of the agricultural market and its infrastructure have been highlighted, their direct impact on the specific formation of inter-branch relations of entities of agrarian sphere has been outlined. Influence of modern agro-industrial integration processes, including: corporatization, cooperation, contracting, clustering on the formation of inter-sectoral organizational and economic relations has been grounded . The positive and negative aspects of agricultural holdings activities in Ukraine have been shown.
